Gelato and Sorbets
Gelato was first created by Bernardo Buontalenti for the court of Francesco de Medici in 1565. Both our gelato and sorbets are made to order in small batches and not mass produced. They are all natural, with no pastes, fillers nor artificial flavors. These artificial ingredients are commonly used in lesser quality gelato, sorbet and ice cream. We also serve Vegan Gelato.
