The majority of our Coffees and Teas are roasted locally, they are fair trade and certified organic.
Our Decaf uses the Swiss method of water decaffeination, because we don’t believe that chemicals should be used anywhere in your coffee. Most big chain coffee houses use the chemical process, it’s a cheaper and faster way of making decaf coffee.
Furthermore, our roaster has been certified to leave a zero carbon footprint.
