Cozy sitting areas, both indoors and outdoors, surround the intimate café, providing a friendly atmosphere where customers can relax with friends and relatives and shoppers can fortify themselves with wonderful gifts. And wonderful gifts there are to be had.

The mother and son duo, talented owners and buyers Marie and Charles began the business with their unforgettable partner, husband and father Alex. Approaching their 14th year in the business, both mother and son traverse the globe, seeking out uniquely hidden items that don the shelves, tables and walls of the charming, large four-room gift shop. Upon entering, one can easily lose themselves amongst the many wonderful selections of items beautifully displayed throughout each room.

A large selection of children and adult books can be purchased and read while enjoying a cup of coffee along with CD’s, stationary, greeting and birthday cards. A great offering of perfumes, oils, hand and body creams, soaps, incense and candles from Italy, France, Australia, Mexico, and locally are not your everyday variety as wells as the meticulously hand worked jewelry pieces that range from antique to contemporary.

Every piece is handpicked and carefully placed in the shop by Charles Aznavour and he believes that there is more than a nod to European and Asian influence. Reproductions of French Country, Asian and Classic furniture are rated high amongst the customers due to their unique quality and low ticket pricing. All of this combined with an abundance of reliefs, statues, garden, kitchen, dining, living room and barware, makes Marie et Cie a one stop gift shopping experience.
