Shipping & Returns
All return, exchange, damaged or in good condition item(s) will require a picture to be forwarded to our email email@example.com any decision is made in regards to your inquiry. If approved, we will provide a return authorization number (RA#) for all returns.
- If there are any discrepancies or errors on our part in processing your order please email us within 5 days of receiving your order firstname.lastname@example.org. We will do our best to rectify the problem.
- Damaged received items will be replaced with an identical product only. Please keep the damaged item as a physical inspection by the carrier or return might be necessary.
- If you do not like a purchased item we will exchange or refund your money within 30 days of the date of your order confirmation email. When returning an item under these conditions, you will be liable for shipping costs. We highly recommend that you insure your return item(s) and pack it carefully.
- All items must be in their original packing, unopened, in a resalable condition. We do not accept returns or provide refunds on sale or clearance items. All sales are final.
- All shipping costs to and from you will be your responsibility. You will not be refunded shipping unless you return a damaged item. All returns must be packaged carefully in the suitable shipping carton, using adequate padding and include our return authorization number along with your order number. Please remember items must be received in new, resalable condition for refund or exchange consideration. Please allow 14 business days for us to receive and process your refund/exchange. We will issue a refund for the price of the product you returned plus any tax. Shipping cost will not be refunded. We will directly refund your amount to the credit card used. If returning a damaged item, your initial cost of the item(s), initial shipping costs, and returned shipping costs will also be refunded to you.
