Shipping Policy
We will confirm all orders placed within 48 hours via email. We do not currently allow backordering in our store. Unfortunately, no matter how hard we try to keep our inventory accurate, something may oversell. In this rare instance, you will be notified via email within 48 hours.
Marie et Cie. has negotiated the lowest prices for shipping your orders. Typically we ship orders via UPS and if not accessible, using United States Postal Service (USPS). Your confirmation email will include a tracking number that will help you track your order through www.UPS.com.
Orders that have qualified for free shipping ($75.00 or over, restrictions apply*) will be shipped via the carrier of our choice. An additional charge will apply if you opt for a carrier of your choice.
You will be offered additional options for shipping i.e; next day. 2nd day . and 3 day select (where available) at an additional cost that will be reflected upon your checkout. Please be advised your package will arrive next business day, 2nd business day, and 3rd business day, respectively, from the date we ship your order, NOT from the day you receive your confirmation.
Changes to orders must be made within 24 hours of receiving your order confirmation email. We will make every effort to accommodate your request but requested changes cannot be guaranteed.
